A lot going on, huh?

We know what this can feel like. Not much fun. And yet, consider this: even in the midst of all this, you took a step through some of your mind’s fears and hesitation to seek out a helping hand. In other words, there is a You inside of you that knows you can do this.

Sounds like a great place to start. Welcome.

Hello there. We are Anat and Noam.

Originally from Israel, we've been calling the Bay Area home these past 24 years.

Anat: as a mother of three and a professional photographer, I felt physically and emotionally taxed at the end of almost every day. In searching for answers, thankfully, I found yoga and mindfulness and today I am a teacher of both, feeling calm and centered in my work. I still love to photograph, but when I do, it is something that happens from an entirely different place.

Noam: as a tech executive in multiple corporations and startups, I used to "eat" technology for breakfast, lunch and dinner, wondering why I felt energetically drained at the end of the day... This is no longer the case. Now, I feel balanced and centered, calm and grounded in my work and in my personal and family life. At times, it was not an easy ride, but boy was it worth it.

Together, we believe we can help you find what you are seeking and assist you in opening the door and taking the steps forward toward your own personal transformation.

Perhaps you have noticed some of the below questions hovering about in your mind…

  • Who am I, really?

  • What is my life's purpose?

  • Is this all there is?

  • Why does “success” taste so bland?

  • Why am I hardly ever happy or satisfied?

  • Why do I keep arguing with and resisting what is (aka, reality)?

  • What is love?

  • Why can I not feel compassion towards myself?

  • How can we live in this world with all the suffering around us?

If you, a loved one, or a close acquaintance have been wrestling with one or more of these questions, you have come to the right place.

Combining Eastern and Western wisdom, we work with fellow travelers, seekers and finders in gentle 1:1 or sacred circle / group settings, to mindfully and lovingly help them understand, come to terms with, accept, and, ultimately, embrace reality. Some of the modalities we use include Hakomi, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Tamura Method, Relational Somatic Healing™ (Embodied Touch), The Work™ of Byron KatiePriya’s Mindset method, Reiki, guided mindfulness, breathwork and meditation. If there's one thing that our clients and us have learned over time, it is that change is not only possible, it is unavoidable, and therefore, guaranteed.

We look forward to meeting you in person.

We don’t have a problem, we need a plan.
